Dates and guests
How many guests can you host?
Evergreen Farm hosts events for up to 150 guests.
Do you host more than one wedding a weekend?
We host only one wedding per weekend, so the farm is yours for the whole stay.
How long is a weekend package?
Weekend wedding packages give you the farm from Friday through Sunday, with Monday available as an extension.
How far ahead should we book?
Most couples book their date 12 to 18 months ahead; popular spring and fall Saturdays go first.
Food and drink
Can we choose our own caterer?
Catering is arranged by you with a caterer of your choice. We're happy to share a list of local caterers we recommend.
What is your alcohol policy?
Bring your own, licensed bartender, insurance

Staying on the farm
Can our guests stay on site?
On-site lodging at the Residence is available to event guests and can be combined with a venue package.
How many people does the Residence sleep?

Booking and payment
How do we reserve our date?
Bookings are secured with a deposit, with the balance and a refundable damage deposit due before the event.
How can we pay?
We accept bank transfer, Zelle and checks. Card payment is available through a Square invoice; the card processing fee is added to the invoice.
